Παιδιά κι επιπλέον κρεβάτια
Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 3 ετών διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση όταν χρησιμοποιούν το υπάρχον κρεβάτι.
Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 2 ετών χρεώνονται EUR 15,00 ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο σε βρεφικές κούνιες.
1 μεγαλύτερο παιδί ή ενήλικας χρεώνεται EUR 30,00 ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο για 1 επιπλέον κρεβάτι.
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα επιπλέον κρεβατιών σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 1.
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα βρεφικών κρεβατιών σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 1 .
Προκαταβολή
Το 50 % του συνολικού ποσού θα χρεωθεί την ημέρα κράτησης κι επιστρέφεται.

Great location a block from the Ghirlda and Catedral with our own private interior patio...some rooms have views of the catedral with exterior balconies. English speaking staff was excellent and a nice touch was a selection books (in English) with a mix of books about the area and assorted fiction. Room was very well equipped with even a combo washer dryer, but lacked a full length mirror or even a small mirror outside of the bathroom...minor but essential when sharing a bath. |

Exceptional Location!! Nice apartment in the Santa Cruz Quarter. We had the 2nd fl apt on Alemanes above Flahertys. Remodeled, clean w/ an incredible view of the cathedral which is right across the street. Alcazar is around the corner from the cathedral. The rooftop patio is awesome for morning tea and evening wine. The is an elevator. Early morning coffee/pastry shops nearby. Other restaurants in the immediate area were average at best-I would explore more next time. Don't eat at Casa Robles around the corner-what a rip off with pompous, nasty service to boot.Take the carriage tour right in front of the cathedral to get the "lay of the land" in the morning when it is cool. Gets hot! Parking is a nightmare-park in the garage by the bull ring and take a cab. For 3 days, the parking fee was only around 16 euros total. |

Exceptional team of young capable staff at reception. Just about the most friendly & helpful receptionists i've come across in 20years of travelling . washing machine useful but room size overall is tiny (ie same size as standard hotel room but with kitchenette fitted across one wall, miniscule shower ensuite off another, windows of the third) Probably too pricey for what is offered compared to other flats/hotels in vicinity (we went in group of 20 for a wedding, so I saw many other similar location apartments/hotels). Even ones which are not in santa cruz are still within a very pleasant 10/15min walking distance as it is a small pedestrianised city. Rate of under 100euros would probably be more accurately priced. |

The courier service from the airport was excellent. The apartments were in an excellent central location and were very clean and well equipped. The only problem was the noise level in the street below during the night and the chimes from the cathedral on a morning |

Our loft had an amazing view of the Cathedral as it was located right across the street. It gives you the feeling of living in the Seville tourist quarter, and had the added benefit of a washing machine. The bed was too firm, as is the norm in Spain. The welcome from the front desk was a little cold, and he didn't seem to know much about the apartment's features. However, these were minor factors that would not prevent us from staying here again. |

Excellent location. The apartment served us well for the two nights we stayed. I thought, in hindsight considering the other places we stayed in andalucia, that the price was rather steep. It would be extremely difficult to find on your own - fortunately the taxi driver from the airport knew the area well. |

Great concept, a comfortable family apartment in the center of the city. Beatifully located next to the Cathedral. Very comfortable and nicely decorated. Very spacious. New interior and furniture, all high quality No dishwasher. Impossible to find the appartment by car by yourself, or even with a GPS. Ask for a routedescription in advance, or take a cab / follow a cab. |

The apartment is very clean. Staff are kind. Don't forget the additional fee! "A mandatory cleaning fee of EUR 30 is payable for stays of 1 night only" I missed this discription when I reserved the apartment. You have to bring garbage out by yourself. This is a bother. Some of the pictures on the website are not true. I saw only a small part of the cathedral from the top of the apartment. It is difficult to adjust the temperature of the hot water. Expensive. |

Fantastic Location in a Brilliant City. The loft apartment was beautiful with tasteful furniture. To be woken at 9:00am to the sound of the Catedral bells was something else. Will stay here next time we visit Seville. |

We liked the location of the appartment and the decor and facilitities available to us. We did not like the noise at night which went on until past 03:00am and kept us awake. For this reason only, we would not stay at this hotel again. The appartment was excellent and could not fault the room or facilities within, however, a good nights sleep cannot be beaten and this is the main major reason we would not reccommend the appartements to friends or family. |

Apartment (studio) has top quality fit out.You get exactly what is advertised. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Roof top terrace is a bonus. There is no lift but the staff took our heavy luggage up and down. |

Apartement idealement situé, grand et confortable, très bien décoré et avec tous les equipements necessaires. Terasse sur le toit très agréable pour se reposer. Il ya une machine à laver tres pratique pour ramener une valise propre à la maison. L'accueil est excellent et ils sont toujours serviables pour vous donner des renseignements. Le dernier jour nous partions à 16h et ils nous ont laisser l'appart jusqu'a notre depart c'etait vraiment sympa et appreciable Comme c'est un appartement le menage n'est pas fait et les serviettes ne sont pas changées mais si on le demande ils peuvent les changer je pense. |

Por supuesto, la situación, las vistas a la Catedral. El apartamento está francamente bien, con un baño muy decente. El servicio de transfer es excelente. Nada, todo muy bien. Quizás el hecho de que hay que arrastrar maletas desde la recepción hasta el apartamento. Creo que el transfer podría dejarte delante de la puerta con las llaves. |

Estuvimos un fin de semana toda la familia (tres niñas pequeñas) y disfrutamos un montón de Sevilla y del apartamento. Tienen una situación inmejorable, una azotea fantástica para contemplar la puesta de sol sobre la Giralda y con niños es muchísimo más cómodo que una (o dos) habitaciones de hotel. El apartamento tiene un equipamiento muy completo. Para cinco personas hubiera preferido que en la segunda habitación hubiera dos camas. Como solo había una tuvimos que utilizar el sofá cama para dos niñas. El precio creo que está un pelín por encima de lo que ofrece. |
