I liked the style and quality of furnishings and felt it deserved it's 5 star status. I experienced problem with the plumbing including having brown water coming out of the taps on 2 occassions. This problem was eventually fixed however it did cause disruption as it was a short stay and a much needed bath had to be replaced by a quick shower. I wasn't too displeased though as the staff were very helpful and fixed the problem and I had booked at a discount rate for the weekend and felt it was value for money. |

Efficient and fast checking in and checking out. Excellent lifts throughout with no waiting. Quiet. Very good and varied breakfast buffet. Bar drinks excessively expensive. A lemonade = 7€ ! |

The room was very comfortable with a possibility of a choice of pillows. Nice colour scheme. Reasonable size room. Sattelite tv. The lobby area was lovely with a choice of seating areas. Close to cuzco metro station. The minibar was expensive. |

I found the hotel very luxurious, clean and excellent value. The location was excellent only 2 minutes walk from the nearest metro. The hotel also had a outdoor pool which is difficult to get with some city hotels. |
