great location. Beautiful building. Very clean and classy. Bathroom didn't have ventilation (or it did and wasn't working). Room got quite warm when showering. |

Es un hotel familiar que se encuentra en el centro histórico, cercano a todos los lugares. El ruido que había entre las habitaciones, están mal insonorizadas. |

La ubicación, ya que esta muy cerca de la plaza zocodover, que és el centro del casco historico de Toledo. Por ejemplo el tipo de televisor de la habitación y su ubicación. Creo que estaria mejor una pantalla plana y que estuviera más abajo. Por otra parte el buffet libre puede mejorarse. |

Su ubicación Caro, precio de 4* cuando las habitaciones son de 3* y ruidosas ya que las ventanas daban a una calle principal. La alcachofa de la ducha es fija, con lo incomodo que es. |

Se trata de un hotel pequeño y muy bien situado por la zona centro-periferica de Toledo. Es un hotel bonito, y pequeño. Las habitaciones son tipo rustico y bastante acogedoras aunque de tamaño un poco justo. La cama supletoria era demasiado incomoda y algo justa incluso para un niño de 12 años como era el caso. Las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas y el cuarto de baño, aunque completo, poco espacioso. Es un hotel agradable aunque, de ninguna forma, de tres estrellas. Le sobra una por lo menos. Las habitaciones estan muy mal insonorizadas y por la mañana se escucha perfectamente el trasiego de salidas y del servicio de limpieza. Tiene muy mal solucionado el tema del aparcamiento, ya que en la zona es imposible hacerlo. Hay que irse a un parking publico a unos 500 metros y abonar el importe diario que es, como en todos los aparcamientos publicos, absolutamente abusivo. |

Hotel muy bien situado para visitar la ciudad con posibilidad de aparcamiento próximo al hotel... La habitación que nos tocó a nosotros era abuhardillada, llena de romanticismo,... muy bonita y bien equipada... La atención del personal excelente... Nos gustaría volver pronto... Un 10!! Nada negativo... Muy buen hotel urbano!! |

Está muy bien situado, se accede fácilmente tanto a la parte histórica de la ciudada como a los barrios de fuera de las murallas. La habitación era acogedora con detalles propios de un 4 estrellas Habí un zumbido (posiblmente de la maquinaría del ascensor) que resultaba bastante molesto por las noches. |
