Μου κράτησε προκαταβολικά το αντίτιμο απ την πιστωτική μου κάρτα και μάλιστα το διπλοεισέπραξε κατά λάθος.Μετά από αρκετές ημέρες επέστρεψε την δεύτερη χρέωση στην κάρτα μου |

ηταν πολυ καλη η τοποθεσια του ξενοδοχειου στα 50 μετρα σταση μετρο(ταραγονα) που εξυπηρετει πολυ!διπλα στην πλαζα εσπανια καθαρο πολυ το σπα καλο και γρηγορη εξυπηρετηση!πρωινο δεν δοκιμασα αλλα ο χωρος του μπουφε με φανηκε μικρος! τις χρεωσεις στις υπηρεσιες ιντερνετ τηλεοραση πρωινο! |

Το διακριτικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό,η καθαριότητα του δωματίου και η τοποθεσία αφου διπλα υπήρχαν δυο στάσεις μετρο,πιάτσα taxi και στάση λεωφορείου. Ίσως λίγο καλύτερα αγγλικά σε ορισμένα άτομα του προσωπικού. |

Honestly, everything! I really cannot find any issue..maybe the corridors of the hotel could be also chilled down with air conditioning ..it s quite hot on the hallway.. |

We really like the hotel because the room was very clean, the staff was friendly and helped us efficiently with the check-in check-out and the breakfast was really good and very varied. The location was also great the hotel being situated only 7 minutes away walking from the Sants train station as well as 5 minutes away from Placa Espana. We thing that it would have been an absolute perfect stay if the rooms were completely sound proof. Unfortunately, the outside noise could be heard in the room quite easily. |

The hotel was modern with contemporary furnishings. It was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Also the hotel is centrally located. Unfortunately there is some building work in progress opposite some of the hotels rooms. Early morning noise was an issue, but we were moved to a quieter room on our second night. |

Good staff. Good location for travel within and around the city, close to main station and three metro stations. Noise from other rooms and outside street. |

The location was very good and the room was fine, big enough and very calm. The light system... difficult to master. And the fact that for the price paid the access to the Internet was not free. |

The room was extremely clean and comfortable and the check-in staff were very well organised I think the restaurant area is way too small and - for a four star hotel- I didn't think the breakfast quite achieved that level. The hallways were also incredibly hotness knows why. |

Friendly stuff and people,nicely surprised by the tobacco perfume in the closet and the design of the corridors as well as the sculptures in the patio and some view at the Miro' park. Some more isolation of the noise coming from the corridors and the rooms would be a nice idea. Internet facilities were problematic. |

Clean room and near the park and bullfight arena The beds are too short for tall people. Also the beds are like stone.I prefer softer beds and suitable for a 2 meter tall man. |

Overall, it's a fair rate for the quality you get. Hotel staff is helpful and friendly. Rooms are very clean. Beds were hard and they have very thin blankets, rooms had a weird air freshener smell, the hallways are hot because of the neon green lights, and the "gym" only had bikes and a treadmill. |

The breakfast was fantastic,fresh and with a variety to choose.The bed was really big and comfy.The hotel design contemporary and gave you a sense of relaxation. The hotel location is very good,,three minutes from metro station. For a four star hotel they could do better with the cleanliness of the room.Sometimes difficult to communicate in English with the hotel staff.No serious problems,no great complaints. |
