Να παρέχει τις υπηρεσίες που αναφέρει κατά την κράτηση.Δεν λειτουργουσε το κέντρο SPA ενω δεν αναφεροταν στην κράτηση, ενώ στο διπλό δωμάτιο που έκλεισα για ατομική χρηση δεν υπηρχε χώρος ουτε για να αφησω την βαλίτσα στο πατωμα. Πραγματικά μικρά δωμάτια ή το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν διπλό καν μιας και οι φωτογραφίες της κρατησης έδειχναν δωμάτιο διπλάσιων περίπου τετραγωνικών. |

Not much at all. The location was terrible, very noisy and on an Industrial estate and difficult to find even with GPS / Sat Nav. It was full of truckers and hookers - not great. see above. Also the air-con didnt work. |

The rooftop lounge wasn't available whilewe were there.It is a beautiful hotel in a rerrible location for leisure travellers It's location - very difficult to find! |

The room was a good size, well appointed, and our special requests were all prepared before our arrival The location was in the middle of an industrial estate. Also the GPS co-ordinates given were incorrect. |

Nice rooms. Friendly staff. Good position near the kart racing track of Zuera. Very close also to the highway. The eating room was not very quiet; a lot of guests but that was not the problem. The overall impression when eating there was confusing. |

Accueil de nuit : le night a été jusqu'à me proposer de venir me chercher dans la zone dans laquelle j'étais perdue à 1h du matin. Confort de la chambre, lit géant, cadeaux d'accueil de qualité, prix !!!! Petit déjeuner très limite ; peu varié pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. |

Staff very helpful in changing room as the first smelled of smoking. Location is in an industrial park beside motorway. The double rooms are small but adequate. The rates are high taking this into consideration. The restaurant could not cope with the amount of guests in the hotel. |

Hotel is in the middle of trucking businesses and definitely not in or near Zaragoza. Does not meet 4 star standards. Room very small; no english language TV; standard of meals was poor; heating was set too high and couldn't be adjusted. |

El desayuno buffet muy completo tiene de todo. Lo que no me ha gustado ha sido la localización que está en un polígono, el spa es pequeño y mucha gente, esteticamente lo que es el hotel por fuera es escaso o soso. |

El Spa no es muy grande y no tiene mucha variedad pero no esta mal y es muy tranquilo. En las habitaciones hacia muchisimo calor pero la habitación estaba muy bien. |

El servicio y las instalaciones.Me gusto mucho el diseño,la distribución y el acabado de las habitaciones. El precio del parking es excesivamente caro y la ubicación del mismo no es el adecuado al de un hotel de esta categoria.(muy escondido,poligono industrial). |
