We found the staff to be courteous, helpful, and English enabled. The desk staff were ready and willing to arrange city tours, Tango venues and restaurants with hotel pick-up and return. They even arranged private car transportation to the airport. All of this was reasonably priced! Safety and security was never an issue as the area was well policed and secured.
