The room was ok with the bathroom being the only really modernized portion. The rest of the hotel was quite worn with carpets in the hallways and stairs very dated and not very clean. Staff was nice and helpful. The city park, Boag Brewery are close but otherwise not a lot of close walking destinations or restaurants.

The staff sent me instructions to get the key from a lock box, all of that was easy. Plenty of car parking. The walk into the town center is only about 10 minutes. There is a steep driveway from the road up to the motel rooms, so if you have difficulty walking and don't have a car, this might be an issue. The room was comfortable and a good size.
