Super comfortable bed. Fantastic service from Auntie Lin (凌阿姨）for reminding us to bring enough bottles of water during our outing and Zero for helping us to direct the cab to the lobby in the rain! The technical team members are also very responsive and came quickly to fix one of the light bulb. Polite and efficient customer service from the front office as well. Will be back to this wonderful hotel for our next stay.
