8.210I liked how clean the rooms were. The staff was friendly, courteous and professional. I could not believe that this above standard hotel was just only a 3 star hotel. Parking was also provided when all else failed. Strongly recommend this hotel to family,friends, honeymooners, etc.

7.910The location is excellent. We didn't use the tram but it's right in front of the hotel. You can walk to the palace in approx. 20 minutes and walk across the street into the park and see the elephants from the bridge!
