The hotel was very nice, comfortable, and only two stops on the
underground from Alexander Platz. The nearest station was literally 50
yards either way out the front door, which gave access to the rest of
the city. On registering when arriving, I had to complete the form,
which I had to put my DoB on, which the chap happened to notice was my
birthday the following day. When we returned to the hotel after being
out all day, there was a selection of cakes and fruit as a compliment of
the hotel, which was unexpected and highly pleasing.
