I stayed at the hotel because I was running the Hampton Court Half Marathon. The hotel was well-positioned with easy access to Hampton Court Palace by bus. The hotel itself is lovely, with a gorgeous pub and dining area, and the food was excellent. The rooms are very comfortable and and I had a lovely big shower. However, the best thing about the hotel is the staff. Every person I interacted with was welcoming and friendly. It really made my stay.

The Kings Arms Hotel was well located and in easy walking distance to Hampton Court Palace, and some great pubs and shops. The staff were friendly and eager to help with any requests and queries. A well appointed room and walking distance to Hampton Court Palace and a easy drive to Kew Gardens. Excellent guest information booklet (which alot of hotels seem not to do any more) Enjoyed a lovely evening meal at the hotel and the included morning breakfast was excellent. Hotel was also an easy drive back to Heathrow Airport. Excellent car parking and a nice quiet room even though situated on a busy roundabout.

The location for our trip to Hampton Court Palace was perfect The cleanliness & comfort of the hotel & room were both first class & the use of the old books/library was also a quirky but nice touch. The room facilities were excellent & the restaurant & bar looking out over the river was lovely too, as was the complimentary glass of wine on arrival!

Exceptional hospitality from the welcome glass of wine during check in all the way through to check out. This is a very well-run hotel with great staff, a buzzing and hip bar and a very good restaurant. And literally a stone's throw from the incredible Hampton Court Palace. Charles II who commissioned this hostelry in 1665 and as the "Merry Monarch" really knew how to enjoy himself, would have been chuffed.
