The hotel was very close to the airport and very clean and quite
roomy.Staff very friendly especially, Zahra in Edments restaurant who
was a great asset to the hungry traveller.

The hotel gave very easy to follow instructions to find the Hopper bus to use to reach the hotel upon arriving at Heathrow.
At the hotel the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was very pleasant.
