The welcome I received at reception was great, very friendly staff who were willing and helpful even though I was bending their ears for advise, they had maps of the city and tube stations and were very informative about the locality which was great for me because I knew nothing! The room was spacious and clean and the en-suite appeared to be brand new. Breakfast was plentiful & enjoyable and again; the staff were making sure I had everything I needed. Bus-stop right outside the door into the city - a great place to stay…
