Lovely and charming mountain town; easy to drive around and to walk about once in the city area. Lots of eating places and nice restaurants. However I can imagine it gets very crowded in peak seasons
The places and areas of attractions are well maintained which adds to the charms of Corvara

Corvara is great! Super easy to get around by foot.
Corvara is great! Super easy to get around by foot. A lot of food and other options. It also has a higher elevation than most other areas so the snow quality was better and more runs were open longer.

Have stayed here five times skiing & twice in Summer. The beauty of the area takes some beating, surrounded with grand mountains, plenty of modern chair lifts etc. then fantastic flowers with well marked walking trails in Summer. You do need to be fit to enjoy this area, though, & there is very limited other entertainment unless staying at one of the larger hotels with a swimming pool, sauna etc. Also at present, there are limited full or half board options, giving B&B stays a hunt for the evening meals - but the pizzas are good!

Location: center of the town, 200m to the lift, 50m when returning from ski. Corvara is the best location to explore Sellaronda.
Brand new: Everything seems new, spotless. Felt like we were the first to use the room. Modern equipment, ski room, sauna and etc..
Apartment: Large, full of light, comfortable and properly appointed and equipped with really modern and functional appliances. Giant TV. The bathroom is spacious and the shower is pretty good.
Great reataurant, wonderful spa with pool and several saunas, including a tirolian sauna. We got very good service and tips from the hotel reception. Breakfast was absolutely one of the best I have had in hotels. In the evening we had a gala dinner for a reasonable price. Hiking paths start very near the hotel. The room was quiet. The spa was open from 7-19, we enjoyed it very much!
Wow, this hotel had some of the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered…super helpful in terms of giving us hike ideas in the area. We loved them all. And the breakfast was over the top good. We especially loved the option to take a gondola up to the top of the mountain for breakfast. Wow! We love that this hotel is family run. I can’t recommend it enough!!!
Room was large and nicely styled. The wellness area was amazing, beautiful pool, sauna , spa etc to use with stunning mountain views. Food was exceptionally high resturaunt quality standard, beautifully presented. Breakfast was plentiful with good choices . eggs cooked to order. Hotel is located in an area central to lots of hikes within the region.

Thank you for nice moment we spent there.
We spent just under 1 week at this hotel. Very positive experience. The host was very helpful and the rooms very comfortable (especially the shower) and extremely clean. Bonus: we were able to rent mountainbikes for a good price at the sport shop downstairs, which made for a very nice day. Highly recommended!
Best location, great food, very good South Tirol village atmosphere
Authentic mountain experience cuisine with local tastes at the hotel restaurant
Close to the Col Alto lift less than 100m from the slope allows you to finish ski at the hotel entry road and to start again in the next day down to the lift
Absolutely loved this apartment. Great location, easy owner communication-very helpful, walking distance to everything, the views off the chart! We came to cycle the passes daily and could start our rides ftom our front door! Bike shops all around. Safe in room! Great safe bike storage!
Nice hotel in the middle of Dolomites with plenty of things to do outside and in the hotel. Cable cars to the surrounding peaks right across the street. Nice swimming pool and sauna facilities. Exceptional food and meals prepared. Highly recommended. Not cheap, but worth the expense.
The hotel is like an old wooden chalet, full of history and beautifully decorated, Dinner is absolutely wonderful, as well as the wines served, and breakfast. The shared living/bar area is very welcoming too. The views on the mountains (e.g. from the dining room) are beautiful.
The rooms are very clean. The apartment is comfortable and very good equipped with all necessary kitchen equipment.
The lady is very kind and helpful. Ski bus stop is almost at the door.
In short, it was fantastic. Including the weather :)
The location of the hotel was great, very close to town and it provided a nice walk to and from food options in town. The rooms were very clean, and much bigger than anticipated. There was onsite ski rental which was very convenient.
