Everything was amazing! When leaving we told them that everyone across
the world would do well to take after their lead of impeccable service!
Where do I begin... As soon as we entered the door we were swarmed with
people to take our bags and take them directly to our room! Then we were
escorted to our room where we were then orientated- very modern, so you
need a little briefing...LOL! THey have a mini bar that calculates what
you took out and automatically puts it on your bill. There were also the
most delectable strawberry cream appetizers awaiting our arrival along
with apples and water. THe decor was gorgeous! We wanted to stay the
whole time and not go to Capri it was so nice! We ate dinner at the restaurant-
top of the line 5 star plus service! They even brought me a table for my
purse! The lady did not get a menu with the prices which I though was
amazing- they also gave us a water menu...who would have thought? As
soon as our candle lost its flame on our table it was replaced within 5
seconds...no joke! We went to workout the next day and the windows were
not working, but before we new it they had called the contractor to come
fix them temporarily so we were comfortable. I can not say enough about
this hotel- I have told all of my co-workers and friends about this
hotel and we will definately be staying again!

Wonderful experience, extremely friendly staffs, very close to sightseeing spots and shopping area. Room is big and clean, specially glad for the jacuzzi!Even under reinnovation during the stay but didnt feel any annoyment at all. First choice to stay when visiting Napoli again 3 thumbs up!!!!…
