Service, especially the restaurant service, was flawless. Traditional Japanese meals in the hotel were fantastic. Shuttle bus provides the convenience getting in and out of the hotel from the Tobu-Nikko station (check pick up time).

We enjoyed the bath services inside the room and outside. There is a free shuttle. It is closer to the Tobu Nikko Station. We didn't' realize and took a taxi the day we arrived.

The location is excellent only short walk to the Shinkyo Bridge. The owner was very helpful and friendly. We loved the futon and good sleeping here. The owner so kind to pick up us at Tobu Nikko station and also bring us back to station in the last day in Nikko.Everything about this apartment is superb value.
