The room was everything we thought an old hotel would be. Quaint. The staff were very helpful and easy to deal with. The breakfast was good. It had a decent amount of variety. As usual for most hotels, they could work a little harder having accommodations for those with food allergies.
This hotel is in the heart of the Kirchberg area, just over half a mile from the MUDAM museum. Novotel has a restaurant and a bar. It has large, modern rooms.

Excellent location by the train station & within walking to main sights. The highlight of my stay were the staff. They went above and beyond to be kind to me when I arrived early, and in suggesting sights & how to get around. The breakfast is also absolutely amazing!!
