The Hotel in my opinion was absolutely clean, quiet and the staff was super helpful.

A beautiful property! Mellissa had a really warm welcome, they had our room ready ahead of time, allowed us to checkout in our own time. Really smooth checkin and checkout. The breakfast is Amazing! The all you can drink chill( Tea/ coffee/water) and fruits is such a warm touch! A beautifully spaced out and tranquil hotel! I’d highly recommend, given the connectivity and quiet surrounding.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, they even gave us fresh water bottles upon arrival, which was super convenient because we were very thirsty after the trip. The shower was very modern and strong, however, I didn't understand completely how to use it until the end. I only wish I could've spent more time in the room and did not have to leave anywhere -- it was that good.

The mini-suite was roomy, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel itself is very nice, located within walking distance to the centrum and a brief bus ride from the train station. Zocher, the restaurant attached to the hotel is a great choice for dinner. The resident cat is friendly, but a cat, so be prepared to be ignored. I highly recommend both Carlton Square Hotel and staying in Haarlem.
