I have seldom met such friendly and genuinely helpful staff at the reception desk. The staff answered questions in a professional manner and went out of their way on several occasions to find information and answer questions. There was a good atmosphere and the hotel room was very clean and tidy. There were magasines at the customers' disposal which was a nice touch. All in all a hotel that can be highly recommended and which I would not hesitate to stay in again.…

This hotel is great! Room was cozy and clean. We could see the beautiful night view on the bank from the window. Location is not so ideal for sightseeing,but metro/tram stop is just 5 min walk from the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Value for the price is fantastic. I'd like to stay this hotel when I will go to Rotterdam again.…
