8.410The staff are very friendly and helpful in giving tips and direction, the location is near the convention. the room is spacious and clean. The area was near the NW campus and a lot of nice restaurants surrounding the hotel

8.210This hotel has the charm of a european hotel. The staff were curteous and helpful. The location was quiet and also close to town with a few block walk through a pleasant neighborhood. I will definately stay here again.
