8.610The location was great and the hotel was updated. The staff was always at the front desk to answer the phone or answer any questions in person. The rooms were very clean, and kept clean daily.

7.810This is the best hotel for us when we have to be in Western Massachusetts. The staff is super accommodating, friendly & helpful. The beds and PILLOWS were so comfy. Breakfast is great,a always clean. It is truly like home for us. Thanks everyone.
