We stayed 2 nights in the Lodge B&B (beware no breakfast - although they do stock cereal, bread and milk so you can self serve in the room). This is a special place due to the location inside a historic site, Cape Otway lighthouse station. At night it gets very windy but the sky is clear and you can see the galaxy with bright stars etc. It is off the Great Ocean Road with drive of 15 minutes from the turn off. From here driving to 12 Apostles will be 1 hour 15 minutes. Apollo Bay 30 minutes.

Wonderful location, lots of koala spotting, beautiful walks. The ecolodge was amazing, we felt immediately at home. We regretted staying only 2 nights.

A lovely stay in the Light keepers Lodge which included a very good continental breakfast with muesli, toast, jam & apple juice together with tea & coffee. The stay included free access to the historic precinct area which was very interesting together with some great talks by Graham & Richard which bought the whole place alive. Thank you. We were also free to roam around the grounds after it was closed to the public for the day which was very peaceful watching the wallabies venture out.

Gorgeous location ! Being able to stay there when everyone had left for the day and being able to walk around in the grounds. Also watching a sunset and getting fabulous photos with the coast and lighthouse. The lodge was very authentic and comfortable. The food was yummy for breakfast. All the people we dealt with on site were friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. A highlight for our trip was staying at Cape Otway.

This is a must-do on the Great Ocean Road! Nothing beats the serene sunset and sunrise here, when you have the entire location for yourself, and the road to the lighthouse through the national park is simply beautiful. We stayed in the Lighthouse Lodge B&B - the room had a kitchen, bathroom and a private veranda. Room-served breakfast selection was delicious and the amenities (board games, DVDs, books, picnic blanket, etc) were excellent.
