This place was beyond expectations :). The staff is super nice, it was great to listen to the old Aspen stories. The place with unique atmosphere and a very decent price for Aspen. I was a bit afraid of the traffic noise, but it did not bother.

The lodge was walking distance to town, about 5-10 minute walk to most of our in-town destinations. The bus shuttle to the mountain stops close to the hotel. The staff was friendly and courteous.

We were blessed to locate & secure the very same room where we spent our honeymoon 36 yrs ago❣️ It took us back in time to where this magical marriage all started. The front desk staff was very relaxed & helpful to our needs (like figuring out the room lock🤪) The location is superb to casually get to everything we needed including the John Denver Tribute concert at The Wheeler. We had a miscommunication through Booking.com and the room was not as portrayed. Jim, the manager took charge and worked with Customer Service to make it right. It’s really nice to see that making the customer is a principle at Tyrollean Lodge. Thanks for a lovely stay in a beautiful part of the country.

Love the old lodge feeling we know it’s under a renovation process would be really fun if you could keep it as traditional as possible.
