on our second day, the lock of our room was broken and we couldn‘t open it again… Olena was there to help us and she offered us the bigger room with kitchen and living area for the other two nights. That was very generous of her! We didn‘t have to pay extra and we could enjoy our stay very much!! we also liked the outdoor area with the cute lights and everything was there to use for a nice bbq. There are grocerystores near by and it‘s a quiet area! We also liked the little dog called Raja;)

Really cosy little lodge, in a lovely location. Has everything you need including a basic kitchen and even a wood burning fireplace. Great, reliable wifi, loads of TV channels, parking space next to my cottage, and it's off the main road in a secluded area so it's really quiet and peaceful, but just up the road you have a 7/11, mcdonalds, dennys etc. Super friendly owner / staff who was very helpful and chatty. Great place!

We wanted to snowshoe on the Pineknot trail, but the parking was just impossible. It snowed a day before, and the snow play area was completely full with families with kids. Many cars were parked illegally, and most of them had tickets on their windshield. So we gave up and decided to check into the Timberline lodge, only to discover that the lodge was just down the street. We parked our car there, then just walked up to the trailhead. That was just so sweet!! Super dog friendly, which was a huge plus for us.

Location and staff very nice . The Bed in unit #227 is very hard and was not comfortable at all . Guests on the 3rd floor above us were very noisy with kids running back and fourth and jumping , making loud noises coming from our ceiling area every afternoon into the evening . Otherwise we live this lodge and have stayed here several times . Thank you !

Last minute booking for a good deal. The fireplace was nice and I enjoyed the little kitchenette. Beds were comfy and check in/check out was easy. Room was large which isn't the most important thing to me but was nice. Liked the soaps and lotion provided. Because our trip was short, we didn't get a chance to utilize the little common space in the main lodge but had we stayed there for more than a couple of nights I likely would have used it.

It's located not too far from the lake. Great location for hiking, biking, walk around the lake or just relaxing. The staff is friendly and even invited me to have dinner with them on night 2. The building use to be a music school and now looks like an amazing ski lodge.
