The lodge offers a barbecue. Lovely location and the owners are very friendly and no problems at all if anything was needed. Lovely little courtyard area for BBQ with a fire pit. Crisps and drinks on the table when we arrived nice little added touch.

It was perfect from the moment we arrived, the hosts are lovely and went way beyond expectations and their dog is amazing too! we had the hot tub both nights and Brian was great getting it ready for us and super accommodating. The treats they leave at the doorstep is also unexpected and lovely. It was almost like staying at a friends house, with the right amount of alone time! the owners were close by and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. the place is beautiful, and the pod itself was well stocked, they had the little things like cooking oil, salt & pepper, strainer and the usuals too coffee machine/toaster/kettle/plates etc. we were travelling with a 10 month old and they set up a cot and made sure we had everything he needed too. we would definitely do the travel from Australia to stay here again for a bit longer next time.

You can even see horses from your bedroom window! Location was easy to find too. It is 10mins drive from city centre. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here!

What Kath and Mac pull off in their kitchen is truely exceptional. As eating there is a privilege to the guests of the house, you should never make the mistake to have dinner somewhere else. For the quality served the prices are very reasonable as well. The rooms were tidy and spacious and everything met or exceeded our expectations. Just go there and you will want to come back.
