There was a welcome pack including home made biscuits, bread, milk and a bottle of prosecco. The house was warm and clean and welcoming. I would definitely recommend and stay again in the future. The quality of the accommodation (cleanliness, room facilities), dinner and breakfast were absolutely first class, and the staff (ALL of them) couldn't be more helpful and so friendly. They really made us feel welcome and nothing was ever too much trouble. A real credit to the Hotel. They should be proud of the standard that they have achieve for Customer service. It was spot on!

I was a little bit disappointed that I didn’t actually stay in the main hotel building. I stayed in the annex Across the road so I felt like I was in a motel. Also the shower was tiny a larger person would not fit in the shower. Next time I will ask for a room in the hotel for the experience. But I will return
