The breakfast very good, the room was furnished on a calm and elegant style. The hosts were open en caring; we had very good conversations. They also made sure that our e-bikes were stored well. The property was lovely! Very clean and well maintained. The location was perfect and within walking distance to great restaurants, pubs, shopping and attractions. Warm and welcoming, nicely decorated for Xmas, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Our bedroom was cosy and we had a great night sleep. Be aware that The Headlands is at the top of a steep hill but this give you fantastic views over the bay.

The room was run down, paint peeling off the walls, dirty units, a hole in the window which theyd used cardboard to board up, torn nets, loose plaster, loose wires and damaged fixtures. There was also no space in the room. We attempted to speak to staff however there was never anyone there and no one answering the phones. I would never stay here again and I have lodged a complaint with booking.com
