I like the traditional decoration in the superior rooms - makes a nice change from the stale and generic decoration you get in chain hotels. The wifi was stable (which is good as there have been a couple of times in the past where that wasn't the case, so hopefully that's a permanent upgrade). Also, the location is very close to town and the train station.

The location was very quiet and private although it was on the hosts property. The apartment was well appointed including a lovely hot shower, hair dryer, cooker, microwave and very comfy double bed and was an excellent base to visit family and boasts internet connection so we could catch up on work calls and emails. The property is very close to the main bus route to enable access to surrounding towns and villages.

Room was warm (able to change temperature easily) and the facilities up to 3 star Hotel Standard. Found the Pillows to be on the hard side but that did not distract from a good nights sleep.
