Great for bars restaurants and parking 5 min walk absolutely no issues at all. Nice you’ve a small complementary bottle of wine and a water was provided. Check in was seamless the owner had a shop across the road and communicated well prior to arrival.

No problem leaving luggage at the hotel next door before and after check-in / out. Also very quiet with only the wind in the trees and the sound of the waves - no traffic noise :)

Just in the middle of the happenings, but no cars noise around. and there is a bar that opens till late in the might, very cosy if you just want to have a drink or two before bed, and the young bartender will tend your requirement, or offer an alternative if he doesn’t have your fave drinks.

The hotel is some way from Rostock but ideally placed for mariners and visitors for the coast and Varnemünde.
