I liked that one could alter the heating rather than relying on someone else to decide the temperature and that the room was very quiet and that there was additional bedding in the wardrobe. The staff were very helpful and called taxis for us on a couple of occasions. The coffee was only so-so but the rest of the breakfast was superb - a lot of choice and variety - very delicious.
