A wonderfully peaceful nights sleep. The views are stunning. The layout of the cottage is cute. The cottage's fixtures and fittings are great quality. The cottage has a calming and relaxing atmosphere. Wonderful countryside walks straight off the door step. Magical views, that is wonderful for bird watching. Robin Hood's Bay is accessible via foot, car and bus. A lovely location.

Absolutely fantastic experience. The cottage was immaculate, well presented and thoroughly equipped (the best I've seen so far). The owner was very easy to contact and a pleasure to communicate with. On the day we were due to depart back home, a lorry had broken down on the main narrow road into the bay for the whole day, meaning we were unable to drive home out of the Bay from where we had parked the car. The owner of the cottage went above and beyond, being so generous to let us to stay an extra evening at only the cost price of cleaning (very fair). This was taken care of very quickly and was a huge relief that we had a place to stay the night, especially one as nice as Roseberry Cottage. I absolutely recommend this cottage.

lovely and quirky cottage, every room is lovely and the beds so comfy. the kitchen is great everything you need to cook inside. the little tables outside at front and back are great to sit outside.

beautifully presented and well situated property . close to walks , Robin hoods bay and an excellent local shop with brilliant breakfast butties! comfortable thoughtfully chosen furnishings and well equipped kitchen . lovely overhead power shower in downstairs bathroom. some very attractive touches and the Seafern theme runs throughout. fully enclosed private garden . dog friendly.
