We stayed for six nights and were immediately upgraded to a suite. When we told that it was our honeymoon they surprised us with a cake and best wishes in our room. In general the staff at the reception were very helpful in every way. Their breakfast was just awesome and the staff there was extraordinary serviceminded. This is the 4th time I have stayed at this fine hotel and usually I stay 5-7 days at a time including this trip which was basically from Wednesday to Sunday. It is a gem and probably the best hotel in the area. The place looks really luxurious and gorgeous which immediately makes you feel good . Rooms are spacious and well laid out and the bathrooms are exceptional. My wife and I are very particular about bathrooms and these are modern and very clean. We got the suite and it is a home away from home. We don't always get the breakfast as we sometimes like to enjoy eating in the plethora of amazing food places across the road. Though the breakfast buffet is 5 star and recommended if you feel like treating yourself. If working out is important to you the gym , pool and spa facilities are resort style and highly recommended. My stays here are really to visit my daughter who studies at Okan university so i don't do much sightseeing or anything like that but it is well located and convenient. Less than 10 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes from viaport outlet shopping , across the road from many restaurants and close to the university as well . I wish I could remember everyone's names but Mr Basar does an excellent job managing an amazing team and the girls at the front desk are always smiling, welcoming and helpful.
