Quick walk to early morning (local, not chain) breakfast spot. Just minutes (10 at most) from attactions e.g. Clark Inst (museum), MASSMoca. Staff helpful but not 24hr desk. Some outdoor seating, minimal child play area. Simple old school motel stay - superb value.

Rooms are unexpectedly quite large, AC chillingly effective, everything is well-cleaned and simply works. Location simply can't be beat if you're coming for the College -- it is directly across the street. Don't expect a luxury hotel, but if you're OK or better with typical American motel architecture, this is a fantastic value for the money!
