Location, breakfast, personnel at front desk, and bellboy, sorrounding by good restaurants, especially the ones across the street. Easy access to get around by taxi. Everyone gave lot of hospitality. As soon you enter hotel smells sweet and clean, deco was a great pluz.

GHL Collection Hotel Barranquilla sa nachádza v meste Barranquilla, 7 minút jazdy autom od obchodného centra Buenavista a 5 km od strediska Homecenter. The room was beautiful, had a huge bed, some nice couch, a rain shower. There was even an iron to take care of my clothes. The mini bar was great. I truly loved it. Moreover, the roof top bar was excellent and probably one of the best of the whole town. When I arrived, one first league soccer team stayed at the hotel as well. Room service was awesome, laundry service was top. 100 % recommended!

Service was excellent..Nielson at the swimming pool was always asking how he could help and when ever i needed the Turkish bath on he would go and turn it on ..Very helpful..The last day of my stay I was rushing to get back to Cartagena and when i left the room I totally forgot my bag on the safe with my Passport ,credit cards ,and money.Mr Serrano, head of security called me to tell me that i had left the bag on the safe. He personally check the bag, put it on a plastic bag and arrange to send it to me to Cartagena. He went well beyond his duty..I am very thankful with him..I am very happy with the service of the hotel. EXCELLENT...
