The room was small but very well laid-out and very comfortable. Plumbing and shower were excellent, as were the amenities. The restaurant, where we had dinner one evening, was really good with delicious food (the main pork dish was especially tasty as was the tuna). Matthieu, who served us was exceptional, both with his willingness to explain each dish and with his deep knowledge of wine. Finally, the location was very central and a good place to explore this charming town.

Quiet location but just a few minutes' walk to the beach. Some good restaurants nearby. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and helped us feel comfortable with our basic French. Most staff speak good English - but some use of French is going to go a long way. Breakfasts are excellent, for an extra charge. Parking was available on the street in front of the hotel. We warmly recommend the Villa du Moulleau!
