“I liked the stuff and the service of hotel and every thing was great”
“Proximity to night bazaar and old city Room in main building was beautiful Staff were very attentive Breakfast was excellent”
“Location, cleanliness, and excellent staff.”
“Swimming pool was lovely and the view over city”
“Rimping Village was fantastic. It is just outside the city walls, but it's such an easy close walk. It's right next to the night market as well. The staff at the concierge are excellent. They went out of their way to help us book excursions, to give great restaurant recommendations, and to give us directions. The breakfast and wifi that came with our room were also fantastic. Our flight didn't leave until 22:45 and they allowed us to store our bags safely with them while we explored during the day during our final day in Chiang Mai. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Rimping.”
“Great location - close to old city and walking street Nice staff Very good and cheap travel services in the hotel”
“We are looking for a restful holiday at a country side hotel. This hotel more than met our expectations. Beautiful countryside scenery. Pleasant, clean and comfortable room. Responsive staffs who provide prompt services, such as providing transportation, and fixing our room safe. The staff runs the extra mile to provide efficient transport to fetch us to the various facilities in the hotel which is quite hilly. Excellent food at reasonable price at the restaurant. We dined in all evenings during our stay. We enjoyed the Thai food. The General Manager, Charles SittiChai, is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He shared with us the attractions, and the cultures and it helps us in modifying our local visits andactivities. We enjoyed our stay and is likely to come back again.”
“From the time we arrived we were made to feel so welcome. Extremely impressed with the staff and particularly the assistant executive manager Mr Pongsak Siriphan. I have wanted to stay at Tamarind Village for many years. So happy we were able to stay here. Wonderful location, beautiful surroundings and so quiet amidst the hustle and bustle of Chiang Mai.We are planning to go back next year. Shane and Pamela”
“Quiet but well situated out of the city centre but close enough for easy access. Very comfortable.”
“Everything. Brilliant hotel. 5 star.”
“We loved EVERYTHING. Right from a quick check-in, a warm welcome, a lovely surprise on our bed, to the fantastic breakfast options, the dine-in options. Everything was perfect! The night market is literally a 5-7 minute walk from the hotel and the staff are very friendly and helpful when asked about Chiang Mai attractions. We had an absolutely superb stay. We have stayed at numerous 5 star hotels, but none of them can compare to our stay at The Empress Hotel. Keep up the good work, guys!”
“The hotel is enormous with rooms in 3 big buildings. The staff was very helpful and I had no problem communicating as there was always someone who spoke English. One lady who handles reservations and likes to be called LUCK, is a jewel and was constantly a big help in all matters. The hotel is near to many good restaurants just minutes walk away. There are many outside stalls selling local foods like noodles and deep fried chicken wings and other pieces of pork, beef etc. on sticks. The 7/11 store and Dunkin donuts are right at the entrance of hotel. They have a huge beautiful pool that I used daily. I was the only one using it as most come into the hotel on big buses and stay a night then leave after breakfast next day. Transportation to all parts of the city is readily available for little money. Just walk to the corner from the hotel and flag down a RED taxi that is open air with people going short distances and they stop all over or just ask the driver where to take you. The price is so cheap you will be amazed. If you come in the airport make plan to use the hotel van that picks you up for only $5 dollars. They also will take you back. Airport is only 20 min away. Breakfast is included in price of room and it is a very big buffet style affair with many dishes. I will return to Chiangmai again and will stay at Phucome for sure.”
“Good location, so close to Nimman. Just a next lane. Value for money. Nice staffs.”
“The most important things on a hotelroom were great, good service, booking.com was cheaper than the weekend prices.”
