We were passing through 4 years ago and our stay was just OK. My main complaint was the hotel had a policy of playing very loud music around the pool area all day. This is probably great if you are under 30 years old but pretty irritating if you are the sought of person that likes quiet. Gave it another try…. the music has gone and it’s a very nice place to stay, great breakfast, great staff, Well done , we’ll be back.

No lift & room door on the outside just like a motel. I have contacted courtyard marriott saying that the room rate for that block should be reduced but they say that it is the same standard as the other rooms attached to the hotel. They have obviously never slept in Block A! We hardly slept at all due to the noise. Not happy.

The staff was very friendly and pleasant. Very helpful. Top notch!! The location can not be beat! Close to everything. Walk everywhere, right on mallory Square,  can watch the sunset from your balcony, and has parking garage!

Ambrosia made us feel extra welcome, the room on the 2nd floor was lovely (Room 108) , public parking nearby and at a very reasonable price ($10/day). Quiet location but totally central; we could not have asked for a better place. Should we go back to Key West, we will be checking them first!!!!!!
