Location My room (206) was next to the elevator, so the sound was very loud and very annoying! I had to buy earplugs to sleep in. Besides you should pay for the safe (which is in your room)! 2 € per day. The maid wasn't properly cleaning my room -- I noticed dust on the table. So, the only good thing about this hotel is its location. I strongly recommend not to stay there. |

Location is great -- right in midst of Gothic quarter, picturesque street. Breakfast came with room and the breakfast buffet was terrific and satisfying. Room was very comfortable and had two windows with small balconies. Bathroom was very nice. No, there was nothing I disliked. |

We really like the room. It was very clean. We also enjoyed the breakfast and the location of the hotel cannot be beat. We didn't like the beds. They rolled around and we couldn't stop them from moving which was quite hazardous with our little toddler. It also prevented us from snuggling in bed! |

The staff were really helpful and courteous. The hotel was very centrally located and a perfect spot from which to visit the many attractions in Barri Gotic area. It was also close to the metro system which allowed further exploration of the city. |

Breakfast buffet was phenomenal! The English speaking staff tailored to our every whim and desire. Even though one of our members booked a double ed room instead of a two twin bed room, the front staff was able to find another room at a sister hotel nearby to accommodate. The afternoon snacks and coffee was much appreciated for our group of 17; ranging in age from 14 to 79 years old. Coffee was even provided to placate a grumpy senior! We stayed in the wet month of December. The internet was always accessible. The champagne awaiting at the front was refreshing. Avoid staying in the back side of the hotel, where there are no real windows in the room, and tends to be noisy at night. The temperature of the showers varied too much in one of the rooms, ranging from scalding hot to frigid cold. The only elevator was small and slow. |

We got a warm welcome with a glass of champain; gentlemen behind the reception desk were very friendly. Perfect location ! Bathroom wasn't very clean. Breakfast: there was not enough bread or filling and the ladies in the breakfastroom were in a bad mood ! |

The staff was particularly friendly & helpful. The location--in the heart of the Bario Gotico is perfect for the tourist. Except for the more expensive rooms the place is a bit cramped. |

On our arrival at night the young, female receptionist made us feel very welcome and recommended a lovely restaurant to us. The breakfast for 10 Euros was good value. If natural light is important in your room, the first floor rooms are not recommended When we asked the (male) receptionist specifically about a bus to the airport he only offered information about a taxi for 30 Euros, not telling us that there was a regular, direct bus to the airport just 5 minutes down the road for only 5 Euros each. |
