Good lighting in the piano bar, helpful staff . Generally pleasant atmosphere and feel of quality sad to see the developing tendency to all inclusive over against half board. Some might not like the need to queue occ. for meals but it tends not to be for long. More lifts are needed but the service liftsare available if needed. |

Staff very friendly, breakfast and dinner very very good, apart from the friday night dinner was not nice. I am a disabled person in a wheelchair, there was no shower on its own, I cannot get into the baths which has shower in it, the lifts are too narrow for wheelchairs, staff outside starting tiding up deck chairs and cheaning the area around deck chairs which made a person feel they has to leave. |

Friendly staff. Yes.. Even in a Spanish hotel there are friendly people! Service received was excellent from everyone including the check-in, maids, and restaurant staff. Great pool. Plenty of parking. No complaints at all. The only thing that was a problem was the elevators. 3 small ones that hold 6 people generally wasn't enough to keep up with the traffic. People staying here tend to be families so they travel in groups of 4 or more, filling the available cars quickly. But we didn't mind walking up 2 floors. |

La gran profesionalidad, simpatia y amabilidad de todo personal perteneciente al hotel. Desde la llegada hasta la salida del mismo. Nada todo se encuentra perfectamente. |
