Very smooth check-in and our room was prepared according to my request during booking. It is very good value for money with complimentary breakfast, too. It is very near to the train station and easy access to get the bus going to Warner Bros Tour Studios: The Making of Harry Potter. Everything was perfect and comfortable, and we really did enjoy our stay. My family and I are very satisfied customers.
The property? Absolutely nothing positive to say about the hotel at all! But the staff on reception (encountered 3 in total) were exceptional. Very friendly, helpful, smiling people. They light up what is otherwise a very dismal, sorry excuse for a Mercure.
