First of all the location - the hotel is a short walk from the train station and Sheffield city hall. The staff was nice and answered our questions prior to booking. The room is very spacious and clean, bigger than we thought! Very comfortable bed. The shower stream is strong, the natural soaps are amazing. It's a big plus to be able to have both a shower and a bath to choose from. The air conditioning was working great. The view is amazing. It was overall a very good experience. Would totally recommend and go again.

Mercure Barnsley Tankersley Manor Hotel is located for visiting Barnsley, Sheffield and the Peak District featuring a lounge and a restaurant. The food was excellent, and I would go there just for that. Everything here was very good and what was expected.

Located in the centre of Doncaster, in Doncaster’s shopping district, the Mercure Doncaster Centre Danum Hotel is a 5-minute walk to the Civic Quarter and 600 metres from Doncaster Railway Station. Can’t even begin to say how wonderful the girls working the front desk were! I didn’t catch their names but they were incredible. Very personable and helped us from the second we checked in to when we left. They helped us with local transportation and we couldn’t have been more thankful. Great price for a very spacious room. Located right in an area with lots of great restaurants as well.
