We arrived and were informed our room was given away, they told us they had a room at one of there other motels, Beachfront at Wasaga Motel and Cottages. I asked for a discount for the inconvenience and she said she would ask the owner. The room was terrible, smelled of musk and there was visible mold. The shower walls were tiled and were coming off the wall, one fell on my girlfriend and scraped her foot. The manager said they would reimburse me for the nights stay but has yet to do so.AAnonymousYoung couple

We always check for any evidence that cleaning was incompletely done. Not the case for this property. Well done! Also, the bathroom fan worked well - not something we often experience in motels we have been to in the past.

I was there late in the season (October) so the pool was obviously closed and the beach access was locked. That is all to be expected at this time of year. The towels and linens and surfaces were clean.
