Didn’t end up staying here. We arrived and were informed our room was given away, they told us they had a room at one of there other motels, Beachfront at Wasaga Motel and Cottages. I asked for a discount for the inconvenience and she said she would ask the owner. The room was terrible, smelled of musk and there was visible mold. The shower walls were tiled and were coming off the wall, one fell on my girlfriend and scraped her foot. The manager said they would reimburse me for the nights stay but has yet to do so.

The room was the cleanest we have ever experienced in a motel! We always check for any evidence that cleaning was incompletely done. Not the case for this property. Well done! Also, the bathroom fan worked well - not something we often experience in motels we have been to in the past.

The motel is in an excellent location right adjacent to the beach. I was there late in the season (October) so the pool was obviously closed and the beach access was locked. That is all to be expected at this time of year. The towels and linens and surfaces were clean.

Old Motel style like when I travelled with my family in the sixties. Close to the beach. Right at the edge of a quiet neighbourhood. Easy access.

Staff were friendly, helpful, open. Let us check in 1½ hours early. Property much nicer than I thought when I thought “Wasaga Beach motel”. Pool looked very nice, crystal clear but we didn't have a chance to try it. Everything was very clean. Easy to get in and out of, easy to walk to the beach
