Literally a roach motel. There was hair from previous guest on the bathroom floor. Towels were dingy. The hallway my room was located in smelled very strongly of Marijuana.

The hotel is more of a motel complex with a high end feel. It's very nice looking, giving an historic vibe. There's a really nice cafe right on site as well as a public playground directly behind the property.

The maid was good. The beds were comfortable with comfy pillows. The bathroom was spacious with a tub. The free breakfast had real eggs, not powdered. Free parking was ample.

Old. Dirty. Curtains didn’t cover window. Old MOTEL and not a hotel. People smoking pot sitting on balconies. Halls smelled like pot. Room felt unsafe. Old sliding door felt unsafe. Place needs a serious upgrade and security walking halls. I checked out and went elsewhere.

The only thing I cannot complain about is the price. And, the owner of the motel is very friendly.

I traveled on a motorcycle and I stay in these older motels so I can park my bike right outside my door. When I was unpacking my bike, the owner came over and said I could park in his covered reserved spot since it was looking like it might rain. The room could have been awful but wouldn't have mattered to me since the owner made this gesture.

The room was in poor condition. It wasn't the cleanest room that I have ever been in. The whole motel seemed in poor condition.

The hotel was a great location and the staff was nice. This was a hotel/motel style venue so the actual hotel seemed nice from what we saw in the lobby.

I have stayed at Graduate hotels before. This one was No bueno. Felt like a motel off the side of the road in the middle of no where. Room decor did match the brand Aesthetic for “GRADUATE” but really not good.

Great location and the staff was very friendly. You can walk to most places and the motel is so well done.
