The location was perfect to avoid the traffic. Close to Publix, Starbucks, etc. The room was clean, ac was ice cold, cold fridge and a working microwave. The front desk was very nice.

People smoking pot sitting on balconies. Halls smelled like pot. Room felt unsafe. Old sliding door felt unsafe. Place needs a serious upgrade and security walking halls. I checked out and went elsewhere.

When I was unpacking my bike, the owner came over and said I could park in his covered reserved spot since it was looking like it might rain. The room could have been awful but wouldn't have mattered to me since the owner made this gesture.
