Staff so friendly and helpful. Ultra clean property. Fantastic location for Penobscott Narrows bridge and Fort Knox and just over an hour drive to Acadia national park. Comfortable beds, good shower.

I appreciated the pet policy at check-in to ensure all guests with dogs followed the same guidelines. The towel with dog paw in the bathroom was a very cute touch. There's a fantastic outdoor space in the back with lots of seating, string lights, and I think fire pits. We stayed 1 nigh ton our way home from the Maritimes and it was a perfect resting place.

Loved it. Gave good recommendations for meals. Very close to Penobscot Bay Observatory and Fort Knox. Great location for base camp to view Maine light houses.

The owners here are onsite making sure everything is perfect. Thoughtfully restored rooms saving the cool mint condition retro pastel and black tiles in the bathrooms while adding brand new fixtures. Also, new heat/air conditioning, refrigerator, coffee maker etc made for a comfortable pleasant stay. Outside Beautifully manicured property with lush hanging baskets of flowers outside each room made you want to linger outdoors in the Adirondack chairs. AAA+++

We were not expecting much because of the price and because it is a motel not a hotel, but this place was perfect and exceeded our expectations! We will be coming back next week and will be looking to stay here again. For the price,this place far exceeds it's value and worth every penny and then some!
