We booked this last minute so wasn’t sure what to expect. Very surprised and it was so clean tidy and in a great location. Check in was seemless by the gentleman and even I thought it may rain later gave me options of several umbrellas to take with me. Room was great and very comfortable for 2 people!! Very friendly and great people running it!! We even went to walk into town the next day and was allowed to leave our car.

I must start off by saying that the staff were fantastic and very punctual - I only realised after I'd booked the room that the reception was going to close after 9pm and that my flight + the time it took to drive up to St Augustine from Orlando was going to take us beyond that. I messaged the Inn and asked what could be done; they kindly left the key in safe place for us to pick up when we got there. For facilities, room was incredibly spacious and included amenities such as a coffee maker, telephone, and even a fridge. It's in a good location, just outside there were plenty of places to grab a late night snack. It's around a 20 minute walk from the Inn to the centre of St. Augustine. There were plenty of parking spaces and even a pool (make sure you read the rules), which we didn't have time to try, unfortunately. Almost forgot, 5* for the cute and furry visitor.

The room was nicely appointed and a very good size. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We were very pleased with the room. The breakfast had lots of variety and was excellent. I we ever pass that way again, we would definitely stay there again.
