We had breakfast in the restaurant's brasserie, which is a nice, modern, and cosy atmosphere. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and it had been topped up the next day, with chocolate cereals, on demand of our children. It has been a pleasure to stay in this place, and we will certainly come back!

Nice seating area outside by the parking. Marianne was our host, charming and very helpful. We had a Romanian friend who negotiated some dinner which was very good.

We needed somewhere to break our journey between Sibiu and Bucharest but had fairly low expectations for our stay at Motel Blue River Calimanesti given how cheap the room was, so we were blown away when we arrived in our room with an amazing river view! The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. There is a restaurant on site which is very convenient and we had both dinner and breakfast there, enjoying our breakfast on their terrace in the morning. The staff were lovely and we appreciated not needing to check out till midday as this allowed us to have a very leisurely breakfast. Incredible value for money and we would definitely stay again should we return to Romania again in the future!

Situated 500 metres from Targu Jiu centre, Motel Davios offers free WiFi, a garden with barbecue facilities and free air conditioning. Private parking spaces are available on site and a bus stop is 100 metres away. Staff was very helpful during check in and check out, the rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are the biggest I've ever seen. The building is full of security cameras therefore parking our van outside felt safe.

A restaurant and a bar can be found on site and à-la-carte breakfast is available every morning. Sztár Motel also provides banquet facilities and garden with children's playground. A grocery shop is 500 metres away. the property also offers bike rental. Very comfortable shower and bed. You could set up a perfect temperature for yourself in the room. The room was also pretty clean
