I only asked if by any chande we can check in at 11:30am then they check for available rooms. 1 avail and you need to wait for the other one. It's perfectly fine. We were able to use everything too earlier.

This hotel has an ideal setting by Valencia’s City of Arts and Sciences and offers contemporary rooms with free WiFi and flat-screen TVs. Buses leave from outside the hotel to the city centre. The hotel is right inside the city with their own garage (a bit tight). Shot out to Erik and Cristina at reception for friendly and proffesional service. And to the maintenance guy who help us find a better space to put the car. Showing us the way to reception, Best service right there for all.
