On the banks of the River Foss, Novotel York Centre is situated near the historical city walls and a short river stroll to the centre.

The rooms at the Novotel York Centre are spacious and modern, with an en-suite bathroom and separate toilet. They also feature an LCD TV, a mini fridge and tea/coffee making facilities.

Very comfortable hotel with friendly reception and within walking distance of many points of interest. On-site restaurant is convenient although we didn't use it. Within walking distance (although a bit lengthy) of the train.

The Novotel Leeds is a great hotel. Walking distance to the city centre. Very clean and comfortable. The staff went over and above for our Easter break leaving chocolate gifts for each of the children and organising an Easter egg around reception which was a nice and unexpected touch.

The place is nice and comfortable in line with the expectation according the cost. For us it was important the strategic position next to the station, since the last day we had to take an early train.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. There were no hand towels which we found odd as we have stayed in Accorr Hotels before and these had had hand towels, is this company policy ?

The little details of care and love shown in the cottage. My little daughter was delighted to see the colouring book. My son got his age according games..there was everything for a memorable, cosy, enjoyable holidays. We hardly went out of the cottage. The hot tub was a cherry on top.

Nice reception and bar area. Was comfortable and relaxing to hang out in. Bedroom was nice, clean and mostly quiet. Great breakfast selection. Loved the swim we took on New year's morning, easy to book and helpful staff too. Novotel Hotel was close enough to city centre to leave the car and explore on foot.
