Good location, very close to metro and centrum yet a a distance allowing comfort stay; mostly friendly staff; nice hotel design. Facinating large balcony with a city view! The bathroom design of partially open door might be too sophisticated when two people stay in one room. If concerned, better to check for availability of ordinary doors beforehand. |

Hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and efficient. Many of the rooms face internal walls so there are no views and little light. |

Nice hotel overall - really enjoyed the spa facilities as they were always empty. Nice hotel overall for the price - close to being a great hotel if they had another member of staff on the check-in desk, had tea & coffee facilities in the rooms and bought a few irons! I've never been to such a nice hotel that could not provide even one iron and ironing board! It's best to go to breakfast earlier rather than later also! |

The room was cosy, but well laid out and clean. The staff at the reception were very helpful and easy to talk to. I would strongly recommend it. Don't go for the pool unless you just want to plunge into some water at the end of the day, as it's very small and not on the roof as advertised. It's on the 2nd floor, so overlooked by buildings all around. Be very careful in La Rambla - there are so many pickpockets; it's terrible!!!! |

Very nice breakfast - staff were excellent - rooms were very clean. The hotel room could have been designed better, more like a business room. There were also no lock on the bathroom door,. |

location, close to city centre, everything walking distance, easy access to metro and buses. comfortable room. hotel staff excellent dealing with the aftermath on street pick-pocketing event. unhappy, that a room had been booked for low floor and double bed, when arrived, not available and had to pay a supplement. |

I liked the clean room, and very friendly staff at the hotel. Altough I did like the breakfast,I think it should be a little cheaper since 10 Euros is a lot of money unless you stough yourself with food. |

Staff were very good No coffee or tea facilities,bar facilities were very basic.We booked hotel about 2 months before we went and if we had booked a week before we went we would have paid alot less,does put a sour taste in one's mouth. |

Central to the city, nice and quiet. The hotel was modern in design and well maintained. The staff spoke English and were very helpful. The rooms were a little smaller than I expected, also shower ran from hot to cold consistantly although the tap was untouched. |

This was a weekend city break, we foun dteh hotel to be well priced, aorund a 10 minute walk form the centre. The rooms were excellent, modern and clean and the staff were excellent. |
