В случае аннуляции позднее этого срока или в случае незаезда взимается 100% от стоимости первой ночи проживания
Размещение детей и предоставление дополнительных кроватей
При размещении всех детей младше 2 лет на имеющихся кроватях проживание им предоставляется бесплатно .
При размещении всех детей младше 2 лет на детских кроватях проживание им предоставляется бесплатно .
При размещении одного ребёнка в возрасте от 2 до 12 лет на имеющихся кроватях взимается 50 % от стоимости проживания 1 человека за ночь.
При размещении одного ребёнка старшего возраста или взрослого на дополнительной кровати взимается 30 % от стоимости проживания 1 человека за ночь.
Максимальная вместимость дополнительных/детских кроватей в номере - 2.
Дополнительные кровати предоставляются по запросу. Требуется подтверждение со стороны отеля о предоставлении данной услуги.
Дополнительные услуги не включаются автоматически в общую стоимость и оплачиваются отдельно в отеле.
Домашние животные

Fabulous views from bar, restaurant, pool over the whole bay! Even in the evening you can just sit down outside on the terraces overlooking all the lights en the stars ... as background during day and night never loud music... or radio's .. at the terraces on the bar was always easy listening jazzy music what pleased young and old hotelguests! I heard that last year (and before) there were allways fresh white napkins at the restaurant - now there were washable (plastified) clothes... also your received in the past (as a regular guest ) every day a journal in your language it.s a pity they dont do anymore those little things ..... |

nice pool area, quite a nice hotel overall. reception staff were friendly and helpful. the food is terrible, i would never stay there again for this reason, it was truly bad. |

amazing view from balcony, staff always ready to help, food, pools well maintained, garden arrangement maybe it would be a good idea to have king size beds in some rooms which also should be more comfortable |

Cosy rooms, very friendly staff, good variation in food. The swimming pools were just the right size. The beach was some ten minutes away. No major problem. Some renovation might be in order here and there. |

Location and layout was excellent, as was condition of buildings and rooms Dining area background music pathetic, generally room was too warm, yet windows stayed shut. There is a butiful open access to the pool area but doors stayed shut, it would have been nice to eat in the open or have the appearance of being open. |

We did the all inclusive package and it was a great deal! It really saved us a lot of money on food and every meal had so many varieties of food that there was something for everyone. The hotel itself was beautiful and the pools were really nice and clean. The resort was very clean and relaxing. The sea view rooms were outstanding! As the hotel is good for families it may not be ideal for couples looking for a kid free romantic holiday. |

The all inclucive service was very good. The room was very nice. Had some problem getting correct informations from staff about the near by services, like places to go in Las Americas and opening hours og nerby shopping senter. |

La sensación de descanso. Bastante tranquilo La comida ha sido muy pobre. Muy poca variedad (con todo incluído) y de mala calidad. Basta decir que lo mejor era la pizza congelada que preparaban. He estado en otros hoteles de menor categoría y el buffet era con diferencia, infinitamente mejor.Desmerece al resto de servicios que se le suponen a un hotel de 4 estrellas. |

La opción ofrecida de todo incluído, salvo los vinos, el resto de comida y/o bebida tenía calidad y estbaba bien hecha. No me ha gustado nada!!! La habitación que me dieron 430, primero tenía cierto olor a humedad y a cerrado. Está en lo bajos del comedor y molestaban mucho los ruidos del rodar de sillas, de las pisadas, etc, en horas realmente malas, lo explico: El desayuno comenzaba a los 08:00 pues desde antes de las 07:00 ya había ruidos y no se podia descansar desde esa hora; el almuerzo acababa a las 15:00 pero hasta las 17:00 había ruidos así que adiós siesta; la cena acababa a las 23:00 pero hasta pasada la medianoche seguían los ruidos. Creo que sería aconsejable que el hotel cerrara el pasillo donde está esa habitación ya en un 4 stars eso no se corresponde con una relación calidad/precio aunque vaya todo incluído. |

Wij vonden het hotel klantvriendelijk, schoon en met een prima verzorging v.w.b. "all-inclusive". Bediening uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hotel is aan te bevelen, alleen niet voor echte standmensen e/o mensen die minder goed ter been zijn. Het hotel ligt o.i. verder van strand en winkels dan in de info wordt aangegeven. Dit knelt temeer omdat het hotel ook nog tegen een berg ligt en de wegen en paden er naartoe nogal steil zijn. Verder vonden we de kamers voor een 4-sterren hotel wat gedateerd/sober. |

La habitación bastante amplia aunque se veia que le faltaba algún cuadro, detalle del after sun. Poco personal para temporada alta, poca variedad en el buffet, los baños de la piscina algo sucios. |
